Tom Ferry and the 3 coaches I have had care about me. Each call is maximized by completing the homework assignment before the call.

As a salesman I m used to making 10-20 promises and doing zero. So the coaching has helped most by learning the most important 1-5 things to complete before the next call. If only 1 item is complete the accountability and guidance to get results rather than stay in my bad habits. The amount of real data and examples to copy is worth 10 times the amount I could produce or hire out on my own.

The systems and structure have replaces my emotional roller coaster and memory that can not properly serve myself or the agents I employ. Real Estate takes talking to 1000 people to get 60 appointments and without improving your skills and being nice to people the 10 - 20 sales from that WORK will fail and you can never really get ahead of your bills. If you do the cycle in 90 days or 10 years the 100,000 to 200,000 $ of commission will be there. Its always simple but not easy without the support of coaching and motivation of the message they brilliantly deliver.
